黃金在1890年載入美國藥典(U.S. Pharmacopoeia)說明對人體確實有其功能效應。而美國膳食補充協會亦將金列為人體微量元素之膳食補充劑。時至今日，在科學進步下以真空技術誕生出的「汽化金」有著無比的純淨且厚度均一的標準化製程，汽化後的黃金有著更強大的活性，不僅強化了養身功能，更可促進提升酒品質量，發展出台灣獨特唯一的黃金釀酒科學。
汽化式金箔突破傳統以捶打製造的金箔工藝，
透過真空磊晶，有著更耀眼細緻的色澤，並產生出的超強的奈米特性，
將酒中辛辣的醛類物質轉化為帶有香氣的酯質，
金釀黃金酒以香醇順潤的口感，使美酒餘韻回味無窮。
金釀黃金酒廠位於台灣宜蘭縣的東南方龍德工業區內，一個不釀造任何酒品的酒廠，所有基酒的來源都來自於各國特色酒廠的優質酒源，
主要酒源包含干邑GODET白蘭地與威爾斯PENDERYN與蘇格蘭Loch Lomond Distillery、Ian Macleod威士忌。
在金釀酒廠內經過裝載著汽化金的金釀系統以低壓慢速循環進行酒水締合的熟成轉換，便誕生了「金釀黃金酒」
廠區內最主要的設備是6座金釀系統，包括60噸儲酒設備及全自動化的生產設備。金釀系統內裝置PVD製造的汽化金反應器，
高效率改質酒液，大幅縮短釀酒的時間及提升酒液品質，降低酒中辛辣氣味的醛類，轉化為具豐富香氣及喉韻的酯類，
加速酒液熟成作用，短時間即醞釀出深邃風味，
科學證明「金釀更勝窖藏」的魅力，顛覆了千年釀酒工藝。
